The best way to get start into nursing - CNA

As I am a high school student, becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) can be an excellent starting point in pursuing a career in nursing. CNAs provide basic care to patients in various healthcare settings under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs).

Working as a CNA offers several benefits for aspiring nurses. CNAs gain valuable hands-on experience working directly with patients, which can help them develop essential skills in patient care, communication, and teamwork. It provides an opportunity to gain insight into the healthcare field and understand the dynamics of patient care within different settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and home healthcare. The experience gained as a CNA can also be beneficial when applying to nursing programs and nursing school.
